Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fast Food Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast food management and be skilled in team leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency. As a Fast Food Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of employees. Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting. Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Marketing and Promotions: Implement and support marketing initiatives and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in the fast food or quick-service restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Basic financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
